How long is delivery time for my order?
- Delivery time = order processing time + handmade production time + shipping time
- Order processing time: 1-2 days
- Handmade production time: 3 days
- Shipping time: 5 - 15 days for the whole world
- Total delivery time is approximately 9 - 21 days.
How can I track my orders?
- You will receive an email with a package tracking number once your order is shipped.
- You can track your order at here.
What if I want to change a shipping address?
- You can contract us at service@dandfstudio.com to change your shipping address.
- We can not change the shipping address once the order is shipped.
What if I receive a defective, damaged or wrong item?
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What payment methods do you offer?
- You can pay with Paypal or all kinds of credit card.
What if I haven't received my package?
- When the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you didn't receive it, check everywhere. Occasionally, freight forwarders leave deliveries with neighbors, apartment leasing office or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
- You can contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes.
What if I want to cancel an order?
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Please note that a full refund is only valid for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
