Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept an item return for no reason since our products are all handmade and order-to-make.  We do not accept minor flaws such as slight scratches as a reason for return. We do not accept a slight color difference or a slight measurement error as a reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the item return shipping expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@dandfstudio.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on all handmade or order-to-make product, please place your order with caution. If you receive a defective, damaged or a wrong item, you can contract us at service@dandfstudio.com to request a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs befored placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to D&F Studio at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
